Open for lunch and dinner, Swilly's is owned and operated by Pullman native Joan Swensen. For lunch you can get soup or salad, a la carte items and sandwiches. The dinner menu also includes small plates served a la carte and entrees. A sampling of entrees includes the Grilled Filet Mignon with Port Mushroom Sauce, Brazilian Seafood Stew, Roast Corn and New Mexico Chile Ravioli with Green Chile Cream Sauce and Coconut Vegetable Curry with Jasmine Rice.
