The Northwest’s only free public art museum, The Frye Art Museum presents a full array of changing exhibitions, lectures, gallery talks, films, and guided gallery tours throughout the year. Exhibitions feature works from the Museum’s Founding Collection of art by late-nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century Munich-based artists as well as cutting edge contemporary art from established and emerging artists from around the world. Education programs include SHFT, a studio program for teens, and art history courses and summer programs exploring historic and contemporary art.
