Every last Saturday of each month Pam’s Kitchen turns into a dancing party. Jerk chicken wings/ pork ribs and season potato fried pies. Pam brings her Trinidad heritage into each dish. She sprinkles spices around generously om her chicken, beef, lamb & goat dishes. A little taste of the Caribbean in Seattle.
