One mile north of Toppenish on Highway 97, the Yakama Nation Cultural Heritage Center is a facility that helps to represent and preserve the Indian culture through exhibits of the Plateau People, the Yakamas. The CHC also includes the Heritage Inn Restaurant, Heritage Theater, Yakama Nation Museum and Bookstore, CHC Gift Shop, and the Yakama Nation Library.
