My wife just moved to the area from Minneapolis and discovered the Quarry today. Nothing in Minneapolis even compares to the quarry swimming hole. We spent a good deal of time walking the meandering paths looking at the slide and have determined that it has been abandoned. What a terrible loss if not restored.
