A branch of the YMCA of Kanawha Valley and a sister branch of the Tyler Mountain YMCA, the Charleston Family YMCA "is a volunteer led, mission-driven, non-profit organization committed to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities through programs that develop spirit, mind and body." Facilities include an indoor, six-lane 25-yard pool; a Health & Fitness Center, gymnasiums, a multi-purpose sport gym, group exercise and cycling studios, five indoor tennis courts, recreation fields, and four racquetball courts.
