June 6,2010: delilvery was missed and Sean (Shawn)Winter, at the Dominion Post who answer the phone advise me that I would not be getting my paper that this was not a complaint area and I should go my a paper they would not be coming out and this was around 8am on Sunday. I fussed and he said" that the driver didn't have time to come out here on weekends." What kind of customer service is this when you take the money out of my checking account for this service. I want my $1.50 back in cash which I will pick up since you already took it out of my account and I will be in to stop this coming out of my checking account. I want credit back on the papers that was missed when we first moved to this address. THe paper does not cost you $1.50 which is what he said it cost in the stores, and I guess I will find that out when I go to buy the newspaper.
