North Tower guests enjoy unsurpassed accommodations and magnificent views of the Intracoastal Waterway, marina, plaza area and the shops of Barefoot Landing from their oversized balconies. Overlooking the Barefoot Resort Marina is Docksider s Grille. With a menu that features coastal favorites from seafood specialties, steaks and salads. DockSider s offers a full bar, with specialty drinks that are perfect for sipping on the patio while watching the boats float by. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. Our fresh water marina offers 142 premium slips available for Membership or lease and 1100 feet of face dock for our overnight docking guests. Jet Ski tours and boat rentals are also available in this beautiful Intracoastal Waterway playground. Fuel and ship s store service are also available and located at the marina. Due to HOA restrictions and policies- campers/ motorcycles/ trailers/ boats/ jet skis/ etc. are not permitted on the properties. Sorry/ pets are not allowed at the resort. Please note that grills are not permitted on decks. House parties are strictly forbidden. Some properties may be designated non-smoking. Violations of any policies may incur additional charges.
