Smith Properties offers many affordable rental properties to fit a variety of living applications. From historic homes, one bedroom studio apartments to two bedroom cottages that include a variety of amenities. All units have central HVAC and basic appliances. Most contain W/D or hook-ups.

Most properties are better suited for single adult or couple family living. However, a few are located convenient to nearby playgrounds.

A. This home was built in the early 1900's. It has since been restored and converted to two one-bedroom corporate apartments. Each apartment has hardwood floors, and plenty of street and rear area parking.

B. Three-bedrooms, two-baths, hardwood floors, a fenced backyard with terraced flower beds, patio area, and an out building suitable for a workshop or storage room.

C. Two-bedrooms, one-bath, sunroom, hardwood floors, and a large backyard area.

D. This apartment building sits on the site and is built from the salvage of the Lonewood Plantation home. It has been converted to three two-bedroom corportate apartments and one two-bedroom unfurnished apartment with each apartment having hardwood floors, and separate dining rooms. The original library to the house is now an out building, and was formerly occupied as a studio by Caroline Compton, a local and regionally well known artist.

E. One of three cottages with one-bedroom, one bath, hardwood floors, and located convenient to the downtown area.

F. A 1890's restored home converted to four apartments. All four of the units have large rooms with one-bedroom and one-bath. Three of the units offer hardwood floors and one has carpet.
