Wister Gardens 1440 State Highway 7, Belzoni, MS 39038, Located 21 Miles South-Southeast, 662-247-3025, Developed by Frances Chiles Henry and Wister Henry around 1937, the beautiful 14-acre Wister Gardens is open year round to visitors to view several varieties of azaleas, daylilies, roses, with two designated rose gardens; and crape myrtles; during their expected time. A year-round glassed-in garden house, heated in winter and air conditioned in the summer, is available by reservation for special occasions such as weddings, family reunions, picnics, and garden clubs.
