Atlantic Beach Surf Fishing Tournament

The Atlantic Beach Surf Fishing Tournament, now in its 7th year, is a fundraiser that is being presented by Ginger’s House, a new 501(c)(3) that has started the only halfway house for women in Carteret County. The tournament begins on Friday, October 5th, and folks can enjoy the opening festivities of the Seafood Festival on Friday night in Morehead City. Continuing on Saturday, the tournament ends on Saturday night, and the festival continues into Sunday, making a great weekend event for fishers of fun everywhere.
