Lansberry House (circa 1869) North Center Avenue, Somerset, PA 15501, 814-445-6077, The landmark home of William H. Koontz, U.S. Congressman and State Representative, built in 1869; this house is one of the few historical buildings to survive the 1872 fire that swept through Somerset.

Somerset County Courthouse (circa 1795) Main Street, Somerset, PA 15501, 814-443-1434, Historical courthouse building features include Indiana limestone on the exterior, Georgian and Italian marble on the interior and terra cotta tile roof.

Somerset County Jail (circa 1856) Main Street, Somerset, PA 15501, 814-443-1434, Jail that was in use between 1856-1981 and now is used as county offices. A unique feature of the jail which remains intact is a double hanging gallow, which is believed to be the only such device in the state.
