    Filled with memorabilia from Boerne's past, this historic two-story rock house was originally built by William Khulman who had the first motorized buggy in Boerne, as well as the first telephone. Well known carpenter, A.S. Topperwein, carved the table and mantel in the kitchen, as well as the bookcase in the living room, all with his unique signature "Ring Tail Rino."  map
