  Repertory Company Theatre is a non profit, professional theatre serving the North Dallas, Richardson, Plano area for 24 years. Each season the Theatre presents Broadway musicals, classic plays and special presentations performed by their acclaimed REP Company. The School of Musical Theatre provides year round theatre arts classes with training in acting, voice, dance and performance. Shows and classes are held in the new Promenade Theatre, Coit & Arapaho.   The 36th Annual Huffhines Art Trails Festival is a free event featuring art, musi,c and fun for the entire family. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. Huffhines Art Trails Festival is the perfect place to find a unique holiday gift for family, friends or yourself. Along the winding trails in beautifully landscaped Huffhines Park, guests can discover a special keepsake: jewelry to woodwork, metal work to fiber, painting to photography, pottery to glass. Some 150 artisans and craftsmen will show their work. Performing art includes live entertainment on the Front Porch Stage and a dance floor. Talented North Texas musicians and local performing arts groups create a fun, festive mood in the Café Huffhines courtyard. For the kids, Huffhines Art Trails Festival features a built-in playground, a hay bale maze, and the Huffhines Hunt scavenger hunt through the winding trails of the park.   Richardson's Cottonwood Art Festival shows the works of 240+ artists in a fun-filled outdoor setting. The bi-annual Cottonwood Art Festival, features works from the nation's top visual artists. The prestigious show is rated the fifth best art festival in the United States, and is the premier fine arts event in North Texas. This is a juried show. The lakeside stage will host a variety of local and regional bands.
