    Designed and built in 1929, by John Eberson for Karl Hoblitzelle's Interstate Theatres, the Mediterranean-style Majestic was for many years the largest theatre in Texas and the second largest motion picture theatre in the country. The historic Majestic Theatre, located in the Majestic Tower, sits 2,311 people and is the home of the San Antonio Symphony and Broadway in San Antonio.
