    One of the oldest remaining jails in Virginia, this jail is made up of two historic buildings built in 1803 and 1823 and it houses Civil War, Revolutionary era, Indian artifacts, and Colonel John S. Mosby exhibits.

  • Fauquier Veterans Memorial
    Located on Hospital Hill

    This memorial features an American flag on a 70 foot pole which honors158 Fauquier citizens who died in military service during the 20th century. The memorial also features a bronze railing depicting marching soldiers which was designed by renowned sculptor Fredrick Hart.
