Back Creek Park Located on Goodwin Neck Road, 757-890-3850, This 27 acre U.S.T.A. award-winning tennis facility offers a free boat launching facility, a picnic area, restrooms, and six lighted tennis courts. Fees are charged for tennis play. Tennis leagues, lessons, and tournaments are also available.

Yorktown Waterfront Bottom of Ballard Street, 757-890-3500, A two acre beachfront which provides opportunities for boating, swimming, and fishing. The waterfront has restroom and shower facilities which are open from April through October 19th.
