Built by Paramount, it now functions as a performing arts facility and houses the largest Wurlitzer pipe organ in the southern United States. Fiesta is Birmingham's premiere celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage. With the goal of educating the public about the many different Hispanic countries and their cultures, Fiesta's approach has been to do this through presenting the best of Hispanic art, music, food and dance.
