Kelley, one of Mendocino's founding fathers, this house is an example of balloon construction in which the vertical studs in the walls run from the floor to the roof. The Kelley House and Gardens is a beautiful historic location for special events and it has hosted many memorable occasions.  

Chinese Temple of Kwan Tai Located On Albion Street, Center of Mendocino, 707-937-5123, Open by appointment only, this temple was built in 1852 and it is the oldest Chinese temple on the north coast.
