• Manatee County Fair

  This eleven day fair offers traditional sights and sounds of the Midway such as a wide variety of rides, games, and attractions. A large number of agricultural exhibits are also featured during this fair.

• Palmetto Heritage Day
  On the Corner of 10th Ave. West & 6th St. West

  Palmetto Historical Park, the Manatee County Agricultural Museum, and adjoining areas will celebrate Heritage Day from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Children's activities, such as lassoing, washboard clothes washing, and planting will be continuous throughout the day. Other events will include an annual book sale and annual Chicken and Yellow Rice luncheon.
