Lakes & Marinas

12-Mile Lake Located 5 Miles East of Creston, 641-782-1755, The 1,500-acre park includes a 650 surface acre reservoir. Recreation enthusiasts can enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and bird watching. During the summer, approximately 30 fishing tournaments take place at 12-Mile Lake.

Summit Lake 641-782-1755, Located northwest of Creston, Summit Lake is an excellent spot for bass, channel cat and crappie fishing.

Three-Mile Lake 641-782-1755, Named one of the "Top Ten Lakes in Iowa" by the Department of Natural Resources and one of the "Top 96 Bass Lakes in the United States" by Field & Stream Magazine, Three-Mile Lake is approximately 2,100 acres with 900 surface acres of water. Fishing, swimming, skiing, hiking, camping, and hunting are popular area activities.
