This historically accurate one hundred sixty nine foot tall reproduction of the HMS Bounty was built and used for the filming of the movie “Mutiny on the Bounty” and is now docked at Heritage State Park; tours of the ship are offered, in which one can learn much about the history and details of such sailing vessels from a lost and romanticized time in maritime history. map

This museum, located in a Greek revival styled mansion, features exhibits of artifacts that recall the era when the Fall River area was the “textile manufacturing center of the world,” as well as hosing the internationally recognized Lizzy Borden Exhibit. This museum features one of the world’s largest exhibits dealing with the history and fate of the Titanic; gathered around the central twenty-eight-foot detailed model of the famous ship, one will find a very interesting collection of artifacts and memorabilia, photographs, taped accounts as told by survivours of the tragedy, and a video that chronicles the discovery and exploration of the ship in its resting place on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean.
