Weston Applefest Celebration [Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008] Several Locations Throughout the Town, Applefest is a popular annual event. Live music will fill the streets this year on the downtown stage. Weston City Park is the center of activities for the young and the young at heart. Artisans selling their many handcrafted items will be located along Market street. The Garden Harvest Market will have all your fall favorites. Enjoy a quick bite at Harvest Food Vendors here for the Applefest celebration. Weston's fine dining restaurants will be open with their fall specials. Parking will be available on the western and northern sides of town. There will be shuttle buses (including one handicapped accessible bus) running on a regular schedule from the parking areas to the festival site.

Weston Irish Festival [Friday, Oct. 10, 2008] 500 Welt Street at Short Street, Weston, MO, Located on the Grounds of O'Malley's Pub, Great Irish music, piping, dancing, and storytelling, along with traditional Irish food and drinks are what you will find at the three-day event. Fifteen local, regional, and national touring acts will perform on the open-air courtyard stage as well as the two indoor pub stages. Annual Candlelight Homes Tour [Friday, Dec. 5, 2008] Five historic homes, decked out in their holiday best, will be open to accept visitors for touring. An early Friday Night Tour, limited to 200 people, will include touring all five homes along with wine and hors d'oeuvres at the Historic St. George Hotel.
