Situated on 23 oak-studded acres, these fairgrounds have outdoor stages, seven buildings ranging from 400 to 7,100 square feet, a year round satellite horse racing facility, and two RV park sites. The fairground is home to the Monterey County Fair each August, as well as the world renowned Monterey Jazz Festival, a favorite since 1958, the annual Monterey Bay Blues Festival, major horse shows, and several other events.
