Portlandia 1120 Southwest Fifth Avenue, Portland, OR 97204, Based on a figure in Portland's city seal of a woman dressed in classical clothes, Portlandia was sculpted by Raymond Kaskey. Located on a landing on the third floor of the Portland Building, the 36- foot tall masterpiece "standing" would be 50-feet tall. It is the second largest hammered copper statue in America, the largest being the Statue of Liberty.
